Refer a Friend Rules

Welcome to the LaserCube Referral Program! We created this program as a special thank you to our amazing customers. When you share your love for LaserCube with friends and family, you both get rewarded. It’s our way of saying thanks for helping our community grow.

By participating, you agree to these rules and our website’s Terms of Service.

1. Get Your Link: Sign in to your LaserCube account and visit the Loyalty & Rewards page at https://www.laseros.com/my-account/loyalty_reward/ to find your unique referral link.
2. Share Your Link: Share your link with friends, family, or anyone you think would love a LaserCube (see Section 4 for sharing rules).
3. Your Friend Buys: Your friend clicks your link, which automatically applies a 5% discount to their cart for a qualifying purchase.
4. You Get Rewarded: Once your friend completes a Qualified Referral (see Section 3), you automatically receive points in your account.

• For the Referrer (You): For every successful referral, you will receive reward points equal to 10% of your friend’s qualifying purchase value. Each point is equivalent to 1€ in store credit. For example, if your friend purchases a LaserCube for 999€, you will earn 99.9 points, redeemable for 99.90€ in store credit.
• For the Referred Friend (New Customer): By using your referral link, your friend will automatically receive a 5% discount on their first qualifying purchase.
• Redeeming Your Points: Your points are automatically added to your Loyalty & Rewards page. On that page, you can convert your points into a unique discount code to use on future purchases at laseros.com.
• Reward Expiration: All earned points expire one year (365 days) from the date they are credited to your account.
• No Limits: There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer or the number of points you can earn.

A “Qualified Referral” is a purchase made by a new customer that meets all the following conditions:

• The purchase must be made by a new customer who has never previously made a purchase from LaserCube.
• The new customer must complete their purchase using your unique referral link.
• The order must include the purchase of at least one LaserCube unit. The 5% discount and your 10% point reward are calculated based on the total value of the qualifying items in the cart.
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Creating a new account for yourself or using an alternate email address to take advantage of the referral offer is considered fraudulent activity.

If your referred friend cancels their order or returns their qualifying purchase within the official return period, the corresponding referral points awarded to your account will be revoked and deducted.

This is a very important section. To ensure the program remains fair for everyone, you must adhere to the following rules.

• Personal Social Media: You are welcome to share your link on your personal social media profiles like Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram stories, etc.
• Email & Messaging: Send your link directly to friends and family who you believe would be genuinely interested.
• Your Personal Website or Blog: If you have a personal blog or website, you can write about LaserCube and include your link.

• DO NOT post on Coupon or Deal Sites. This program is for personal referrals, not for mass commercial distribution. Posting your link on sites like RetailMeNot, Honey, Groupon, or any other coupon aggregator is strictly forbidden.
• DO NOT post on Official LaserCube Channels. To keep our community spaces clear and focused, do not post your referral link in the comments section of our official social media channels, including our Facebook page/group, Instagram posts, YouTube videos, or our official Subreddit.
• DO NOT use SEO to compete with LaserCube. You must not create websites or pages optimized to rank on search engines (like Google) for keywords such as “LaserCube discount,” “LaserCube coupon code,” “LaserCube promo,” or any similar variations. A personal blog post sharing your experience is fine, but a website dedicated to ranking for our brand’s commercial terms is not.
• DO NOT use Paid Advertising. You may not use your link in any paid advertising, including search engine ads (e.g., Google Ads targeting keywords like “LaserCube discount”), social media ads, or display ads.
• DO NOT engage in Spam. Do not send unsolicited emails, bulk messages, or use any automated systems, scripts, or bots to distribute your link. All sharing must be personal and genuine.
• DO NOT misrepresent yourself or LaserCube. You may not impersonate a LaserCube employee or make false or misleading claims about our products or the referral program.

For transparency and to comply with legal requirements, you must disclose that you are using a referral link when sharing it publicly. This informs people that you may earn a reward.

• Why? Regulatory bodies like the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in the US and various consumer protection laws in the EU require this transparency.
• How? A simple disclosure is all that’s needed. Examples include:
  • Using hashtags like #ad, #sponsored, or #referral.
  • Adding a clear statement like: “(This is a referral link, and I may receive a reward if you make a purchase.)”

We actively monitor for compliance with these rules. Any participant found to be in violation of these rules, at our sole discretion, will face immediate consequences, which may include:

• Immediate deactivation of your unique referral link.
• Forfeiture and cancellation of any and all points earned through prohibited methods.
• Permanent disqualification from participating in the LaserCube Referral Program.

• LaserCube reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice.
• Referral points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can only be redeemed for discount codes to be used on laseros.com.
• All decisions regarding the program, including disputes over qualified referrals and compliance, are at the sole discretion of LaserCube and are final.
