Shipping is free for express courier service. We deliver to every country in the world except the USA. For USA orders, please visit our distributor, X-Laser. International shipping is handled by express couriers, typical delivery time is 1-2 weeks after placing your order. Your orders will be insured for the full purchase amount and can be tracked at TNT / Fedex / DHL websites. All tariffs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. During checkout, there is an option to set a lower customs declaration price.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. We are usually processing orders between 24 and 48hrs after payment confirmation. Cancellation requests after dispatching will be treated in accordance with our Return Policy.
