Shipping is free by express courier for orders with a LaserCube. We deliver to every country in the world, including the USA.
Orders outside the USA ship from Hong Kong by express courier (DHL, FedEx or UPS). All tariffs, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient: the courier contacts you to pay them before or at delivery. During checkout, there is an option to set a lower customs declaration price.
Orders to the USA ship from within the USA by FedEx express, so there are no import duties. An Ultra MK2 10W or 6W ships once you’ve passed X-Laser’s free online Laser Operator Course; the link is emailed after you order. Orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and the other US territories ship from Hong Kong.
Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks after you place your order. Every order is insured for the full purchase amount and can be tracked on the courier’s website or on our Track Order page.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order before it ships, email support@laseros.com with your order number as soon as possible, and we’ll tell you what can still be done. We usually process orders within 24–48 hours of payment. Once an order has shipped, our Return Policy applies.
Returns and Warranty
To return an order, email us within 30 days of receiving it. The terms, the fees and how to send it back are in our Return Policy. For a fault after that, see our Warranty.
