Shipping is free via express courier. We deliver to every country in the world, including the USA. Your order is insured for the full purchase amount and can be tracked through the carrier’s website once it ships.
US orders ship from within the USA, with typical delivery in 5–8 business days.
International orders ship from Hong Kong via DHL or FedEx, with typical delivery in 1–2 weeks. All tariffs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. During checkout, there is an option to set a lower customs declaration price.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. We usually process orders between 24 and 48hrs after payment confirmation. Cancellation requests after dispatching will be treated in accordance with our Return Policy.
