A miniature, portable smoke machine which provides enough output to create a haze effect in a small studio or show programming room or more intense localised smoke for Laser Effects photography.

Smoke Fluid

Due to liquid shipping restrictions, we are unable to include smoke fluid with the Nanofogger.

Suitable smoke fluid can be purchased as 85:15, 80:20 or 70:30 VG:PG Vape Base (without Nicotine) or mixed as required, say to 80:20 VG:PG by combining 4 parts of Vegetable Glycerin with 1 part Propylene Glycol.

Vape Base, Vegetable Glycerin and Propylene Glycol are commonly available from local Vape shops or online retailers such as eBay and Amazon.

The exact ratio does not matter too much, but we have found that the 85%/15% VG:PG and 80%:20% VG:PG mixes provide the densest smoke.

What's the lifetime of the heater?

The heater lifetime depends greatly on how the nanofogger is used. As long as the unit is not operated when low, or empty of the smoke fluid, it should last through many tens, if not hundreds of chamber refills.

Where I can buy replacements?

How can I know that my heater needs to be replaced?

If smoke is not emitted, or the volume is significantly lower than usual, the smoke fluid chamber with heater assembly should be replaced.

Is there any air pollution/toxic hazard when using the fogger?

The constituent parts of the smoke fluid are non-toxic. During operation the smoke fluid is heated in order to vaporize it to smoke. Normally the temperature is below that which can cause break-down of the fluid into potentially irritating or harmful by-products. If the smoke smells burnt, discontinue operation and change the smoke fluid chamber with heater assembly.
