These terms apply to your use of www.laseros.com and to every order placed on it. The website and its shop are operated by LaserCube Limited, 12/F San Toi Building, 137-139 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong (“we”, “us”).
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Warranty and Privacy Policy are part of them.
Orders and Payment
Every order is paid in full before it ships. Prices don’t include VAT or import duties: orders outside the USA ship from Hong Kong, and the recipient pays any duties and taxes to the courier. US orders ship from within the USA, so there are no import duties.
Nobody under 18 can buy a LaserCube, and an adult can’t buy one for a child under 18.
Using Your LaserCube
Follow the manual and its safety guidelines. For public shows, check your local rules.
In the US, LaserCube is certified through X-Laser, and a LaserCube bought in the USA comes with the FDA variance (issued by X-Laser).

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to use our website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the website.
